ARRIVE AT: Giraffe Manor
Nairobi, Kenya
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta airport and you are met by Giraffe Manor driver (requires to be after 11h30) for the road transfer to the property.
One of the most unique places to stay in the world, Giraffe Manor blends extraordinary wildlife encounters with exquisite hospitality and a long-term commitment to giraffe conservation. The historic manor house is set in 12 acres of private land within 140 acres of indigenous forest in the Langata suburb of Nairobi and is one of Nairobi’s most iconic buildings. Your overnight includes all meals and selected beverages.
One of the most fascinating things about Giraffe Manor is its resident herd of Rothschild’s giraffes who may visit morning and evening, poking their long necks into the windows in the hope of a treat, before retreating to their forest sanctuary. The Rothschild’s species of giraffe was once highly endangered, but Giraffe Manor has long been part of a breeding programme which has successfully grown their numbers in the wild.

Day 2-4
ARRIVE AT: Olare Motorogi Conservancy
Breakfast and check out before the road transfer to nearby Wilson airport, on time for your flight to the Mara.
Arrive at the Mara airstrip, where you are met by your safari guide. Transfer trough the bush to Mara Plains Camp. Your 3x night stay includes all your meals, scheduled share game viewing customized to your preferences, talk to your safari guide to plan your days.
Mara Plains Camp is a one-of-a-kind luxury Kenya safari camp located in the private 13,300-hectare Olare Motorogi Conservancy, just on the Maasai Mara National Reserve’s northern boundary. This intimate safari camp is a Relais & Chateaux property and has access to a total of 40,000 hectares of private conservancy land for game viewing. The camp is a sanctuary for resident wildlife species, including many of the Maasai Mara’s 300 bird species. After dark, larger mammals frequent the camp, and Maasai warriors escort guests to and from their rooms. Hippos snorting and leopards barking often provide the night’s chorus.

Day 5-7
ARRIVE AT: Mara Naboisho Conservancy
After breakfast, you will be transferred through the bush and local villages to the camp in the Naboisho Conservancy, Mara Nyika, also a member of Relais & Chateaux. The camp is tucked away under the treetop canopy straddles a small stream on the western side of the Naboisho Conservancy.
The conservancy covers well over 20,000 hectares of rippling plains, wooded valleys, and water sources, and it’s home to lion, leopard, elephant, giraffe, zebra, antelopes, Nile crocodile, and hippo. There’s plenty of birdlife too! Your 3 nights stay includes all your meals, selected beverages and scheduled game drives, with the possibility of walks (ranger availability dependent).
Back in camp, the communal area opens onto wide decking which encompasses the front of the camp and looks out over the surrounding valley. A shop where you can find delightful curio items and a well-stocked wine cellar where you can select the evening’s wine can be found either side of the main area.

Day 8
End Of Itinerary
Last morning in the bush, transfer to the airstrip on time for the flight to Wilson. On arrival, road transfer to Jomo Kenyatta and time at leisure for your onward flight, or contact us to extend your trip with a stay in Amboseli, Laikipia, or Samburu; alternatively fly to Rwanda to meet with the gorillas or fly to Zanzibar for some beach time.
